till von sein and aera are back for more! after this last year of minimal music’s orgy and before we are all starting to transform ourselves instantly into computer geeks while we are on the dance floor, our 2 homies are on to some deep house melodic grooves!
deeds almost sounds like a john barry’s james bond theme, with hit chords and its melodic bass line, revisited by john tejada(an honor for trenton) in a more „straight to the floor“ way.
kurtney is definitely tainted by some serious old school deep house and even has a pepe bradock’s flair but of course the funky drumming edits are here to remind us of tvs & aera’s ability to built up beats.
a simple record, straight and honest! nowadays we feel that is what’s needed…
