on top of his achievement here, donato is also a fantastic live performer who weʼve had the pleasure of seeing many times.
a bonus track is included here with the remix of “just relax yourself” from spleen the new band project of reynold and giovanni verga, who give you a more rock version of the tune. we hope you will enjoy ear street as much as we did

donato di trapani
donato di trapani is a young electronic musician born and grown in the isolated, warm island of sicily. his experimental music relies on an early classical education – he loves j.s. bach – and numerous collective projects ranging from electronic-pop to blues and rocksteady. donato’s research is focused on the evocative power of multiple balanced melodies. he loves exasperating sounds produced by acoustic instruments or objects of any kind. he is currently one of the three members of the italian emerging group venezia, a blues-punk-electronic project. in their live performances he plays simultaneously drums and synths. donato is releasing his first full-length record with the berlin-based electronic label trenton records.
